Maintenance Technician - Summary- Responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical equipment, with a focus on plastic injection molding machinery and robotics.
- Ensures reliable operation of equipment to minimize downtime and maintain safe working conditions.
- Collaborates with team members on complex repairs and equipment upgrades.
- Maintains accurate documentation of all maintenance activities and repairs.
- Perform repairs on electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical components of plastic injection molding machinery.
- Repair and maintain all supporting equipment, including robotics.
- Troubleshoot issues within work cells containing multiple integrated machines.
- Utilize PLCs and PLC programming for advanced troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on all assigned equipment.
- Lead or contribute to team-based projects involving complex repairs or system upgrades.
- Set up and install new equipment, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Maintain precise records of repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance activities.

- Minimum two-year technical degree and at least two years of related work experience.

- Strong familiarity with schematics, technical drawings, and troubleshooting guides.
