Maintenance Technician - Summary
- Responsible for the maintenance and repair of commercial laundry plant equipment.
- Performs both preventive and emergent maintenance tasks for facility machinery.
- Collaborates with production, engineering, and external vendors as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and non-scheduled repairs on all assigned equipment.
- Ensure efficient operation of machinery during production operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment problems, such as jams, worn belts, and missing ironer tape.
- Work with technical and mechanical personnel, including outside vendors, to resolve complex issues.
- Update maintenance logs with incomplete tasks and newly identified issues.
- Notify production supervisors of equipment status, particularly if it impacts production or causes downtime.
- Assist with repairs on conveyor systems, overhead rail systems, and mechanical drive systems.
- Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tag out and confined space entry protocols.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.
- Carry out additional assigned tasks as necessary to support facility operations.
