Maintenance Technician - Summary
- Responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on commercial laundry equipment.
- Ensures efficient operation of all assigned machinery during production shifts.
- Works proactively to prevent equipment failures and minimize downtime.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance activities on all assigned equipment according to schedule.
- Complete maintenance and repairs on overhead rail and conveyor systems in a timely and high-quality manner.
- Assist technical and mechanical personnel, including outside vendors, as needed for equipment maintenance and repair.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance logs, noting incomplete tasks and new mechanical issues.
- Notify production supervisors of the status of equipment that impacts production or causes downtime, as well as when systems are back online.
- Identify and correct mechanical problems such as jams, missing parts, or faulty belts and ironer tape.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support plant operations.

Qualifications & Requirements
