Maintenance Technician - Summary

- Conduct minor electrical repairs, such as replacing outlets, switches, and light fixtures.
- Handle minor carpentry tasks, including repairing doors, cabinetry, and shelving.
- Execute touch-up painting to maintain a clean, fresh appearance in units.
- Coordinate maintenance priorities with property management and communicate any issues or delays.
- Document all work completed and report outstanding issues to management promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies at all times.
