Maintenance Technician - Summary- Responsible for preparing and maintaining residential units for new occupants.
- Inspects vacant apartments, determines maintenance needs, and completes necessary repairs.
- Works closely with property management to prioritize and execute make-ready tasks.
- Ensures all work meets company standards for quality and safety.
- Inspect vacant units thoroughly to identify and document required maintenance and repairs.
- Carry out minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Perform touch-up painting and other cosmetic improvements as needed to prepare units for occupancy.
- Coordinate with property management to establish maintenance priorities and timelines for unit readiness.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and report any ongoing or unresolved maintenance issues to management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality maintenance service.
