Maintenance Technician - Summary
- Role: Maintenance Technician responsible for daily repairs, upkeep, and improvements in apartment communities.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Promptly respond to and complete maintenance service requests from residents and staff.
- Assist in preparing market-ready apartments, including trash removal and cleaning of vacant units.
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks efficiently and within established timeframes.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, carpentry, and electrical issues, including appliance repairs and installations.
- Install locks, make keys, and perform minor security upgrades as needed.
- Replace light bulbs and perform general upkeep in common areas.
- Remove trash daily from office areas and throughout the apartment community.
- Support groundskeeping, including maintaining building exteriors, amenities, leasing office, parking lots, and other common areas.
- Maintain tools and equipment in working order and report needs for repairs or replacements.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.

- Previous experience in apartment maintenance or related fields preferred.
