Maintenance Technician - Summary- Oversees and maintains all assigned equipment in a commercial laundry plant setting
- Executes both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks to ensure efficient operation
- Works independently and collaboratively to support production goals
- Engages with engineering and technical teams to address complex issues
- Perform preventive maintenance on all plant equipment as scheduled
- Ensure timely and high-quality completion of all maintenance and repair tasks, including overhead rail and conveyor systems
- Assist technical and mechanical personnel, including external vendors, as required
- Maintain comprehensive maintenance logs, documenting incomplete tasks and emerging issues
- Communicate equipment status and potential downtime to Production Supervisors and update them when equipment is back online
- Identify and resolve equipment problems, such as jams, faulty or missing belts, and ironer tape issues
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support plant operations
