Maintenance Technician - Summary- Key role in preparing vacant apartment units for new residents
- Ensures units meet company and resident standards before occupancy
- Works closely with property management to prioritize and complete tasks
- Inspect and assess vacant apartment units to identify necessary repairs, cleaning, and maintenance needs
- Perform a variety of repair tasks, including minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Carry out touch-up painting and basic cosmetic improvements as required for unit readiness
- Coordinate with property management to set maintenance priorities and schedules
- Document all work completed and report outstanding issues to management for prompt resolution
