Maintenance Technician - Summary- Responsible for preparing vacant residential units for new occupants
- Performs a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks
- Works closely with property management to prioritize and complete work orders
- Ensures apartment units meet company standards before move-in
- Conduct inspections of vacant apartment units to assess repair and maintenance needs
- Perform minor repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks
