Maintenance Technician - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Respond to and complete maintenance service requests from residents and management.
- Assist in preparing vacant apartments for new residents, including trash removal and cleaning tasks.
- Perform assigned maintenance tasks efficiently, ensuring timely completion of work orders.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues related to mechanical, carpentry, and electrical systems, including appliances.
- Install and repair locks, as well as make keys as needed for residents and staff.
- Replace light bulbs in common areas to maintain well-lit and safe spaces.
- Remove trash from office areas and throughout the apartment community on a daily basis.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other shared areas.
