Our Maintenance Technicians are vital to maintaining resident satisfaction by addressing maintenance concerns quickly and efficiently. You will be expected to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, carpentry, and electrical issues, including appliance repairs. The role also includes installing locks, making keys, replacing light bulbs, and ensuring the cleanliness of common areas. Groundskeeping duties such as trash removal and the upkeep of building exteriors are also a key part of the job. If you hold an HVAC or EPA certification, it will be considered a strong advantage in this role, although it is not a mandatory requirement.
We seek candidates who demonstrate a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and reliability. Previous apartment maintenance experience is preferred, but not required; a willingness to learn and contribute as part of a team is essential. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for this position, as you may need to travel between properties or to local suppliers for parts and supplies. Maintenance Technician - Summary- Key role in maintaining and improving the quality of apartment units and common areas
- Respond to and resolve maintenance service requests for residents and staff
- Support the property management team by preparing market-ready units and ensuring a clean, safe environment

- Prepare vacant apartments for new residents, including trash removal and basic repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, carpentry, and electrical issues, including appliance repairs

- Replace light bulbs in common areas to maintain a safe environment
- Remove trash daily from office areas and around the apartment community
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, and parking lots
