Maintenance Supervisor - Summary
- The Maintenance Supervisor (CAMT) leads the on-site maintenance team in all aspects of property upkeep, preventive care, and repair operations.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee, delegate, and coordinate daily maintenance service requests and repairs for the property.
- Supervise, train, mentor, and support maintenance staff to ensure timely and high-quality completion of all work orders.
- Prepare vacant apartment units for new residents, including trash removal and ensuring all units are market-ready.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing issues, including appliance repairs as needed.
- Maintain all common areas, amenities, and building exteriors to uphold community standards and resident satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, oversee equipment and supplies, and maintain effective vendor relationships.
- Ensure full compliance with all safety regulations, property codes, and company maintenance standards.
- Participate in on-call rotation to address and resolve emergency maintenance requests as they arise.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of proven supervisory experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, preferably in apartment or property management settings.
- HVAC/EPA Certification is preferred and highly valued.
- Strong working knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
