Maintenance Supervisor - Summary
- Supervises and coordinates all maintenance operations within apartment communities
- Leads a maintenance team in delivering timely and effective repairs and service

Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate maintenance service requests and repairs for all property facilities
- Supervise, train, and support maintenance staff to ensure timely work order completion
- Prepare vacant units for new residents, including trash removal and necessary repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing issues, including appliances
- Maintain common areas, amenities, and building exteriors to company standards
- Manage inventory, equipment, supplies, and relationships with external vendors
- Ensure team compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotations for emergency maintenance needs

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in property maintenance
- HVAC/EPA certification preferred
- Proven background in apartment or property management maintenance
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
