Maintenance Supervisor - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities

- Prepare market-ready units, including performing trash removal and deep cleaning of vacant apartments.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing issues, including appliance repairs.
- Maintain all common areas, amenities, and building exteriors to the highest standards.
- Manage inventory, equipment, supplies, and vendor relationships effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company procedures.
- Participate in on-call rotation for emergency maintenance requests as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements
