- Deliver timely Level 2 support for mainframe-based applications, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents through detailed analysis and technical expertise

- Design, develop, test, and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, CICS, and DB2

- Minimum 5 years of experience working with mainframe technologies
- Expertise in COBOL, JCL, CICS, and DB2
- Proven experience in a production support environment
