Mainframe Developer - Summary- Lead modernization initiatives by transitioning legacy mainframe systems to advanced technology platforms.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience.
- Minimum 5 years of recent experience in programming languages such as COBOL, .NET, Salesforce, C#, or Java.
- At least 5 years of experience in presenting technical materials for review or approval.
- 5 years of experience working with Oracle databases.
- 5 years of knowledge and experience with services including Mulesoft, GoAnywhere, or Informatica IDMC.
- Experience in leading mainframe modernization and data migration projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in complex IT environments.
- Effective communicator with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
