Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform standardized machine operations and assembly tasks as assigned within the injection molding facility.
- Communicate and report defective materials or questionable product conditions promptly to the Production Supervisor, Cell Lead, or Switch.
- Sort, rework, and inspect finished products for quality, ensuring compliance with rejection and non-conformance criteria, and package finished goods appropriately.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area and equipment, adhering to prescribed safety regulations and following 5S standards for organization and cleanliness.
- Offer suggestions for process improvements related to standardized work or other plant operations to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Understand and utilize basic machine functions necessary for performing operator I assembly tasks, including the use of cutters, blades, or fixtures for reworking or assembling parts.
- Welcome frequent supervision and support regarding operations and assembly processes to ensure continuous learning and compliance with best practices.
- Consistently follow all safety procedures and participate actively in safety programs, including adhering to PPE requirements such as proper gowning and attire.
