Machine Operator - Summary- Responsible for operating and monitoring bag-making machinery to produce high-quality packaging products.
- Ensures adherence to company safety and quality standards within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Works collaboratively with team members to meet daily production objectives.
- Maintains a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Operate and monitor automated bag-making equipment to ensure consistent production output that meets customer requirements.
- Perform regular quality inspections, document results, and report any deviations from established standards.
- Label, weigh, package, and prepare finished products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with shipping protocols.
- Maintain accurate production records, complete necessary system transactions, and update logs as required by company policy.
- Monitor equipment performance, promptly report issues to supervisors, and assist with adjustments and minor troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Ensure raw materials are properly loaded and available for continuous operation of machinery.
- Support machine setup and changeovers as necessary, collaborating with other operators and maintenance personnel.
- Consistently follow all safety procedures, wear required personal protective equipment, and participate in safety training and initiatives.
