Duties & Responsibilities- Operate advanced machinery in accordance with established protocols to achieve production targets.
- Perform regular inspections and tests on products to ensure they meet strict quality standards.
- Participate in real-time analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
- Conduct routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on machines to minimize downtime and keep equipment running optimally.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance team to quickly resolve mechanical or operational issues.
- Collect, enter, and maintain accurate production data using Excel and JD Edwards systems throughout each shift.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety standards and protocols.
- Continuously monitor machinery for potential problems, reporting any issues promptly to prevent disruptions.
