Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive pre-transplant evaluations, including medical history review, physical assessments, and diagnostic testing
- Collaborate with the transplant team to assess patient eligibility for lung transplantation
- Coordinate and execute processes involved in lung transplantation, including patient education and evaluation of potential donors
- Provide specialized care during the post-operative period, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and managing complications
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to ongoing patient care planning

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) certification in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a critical care or transplant setting, with preference for lung transplant exposure
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
