Duties & Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email engagement and targeted promotions.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to continuously improve engagement and retention outcomes.
- Independently manage multiple projects, balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
- Support the ongoing evolution of loyalty program strategies based on industry trends and member feedback.
- Ensure all marketing initiatives align with brand standards and compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing or event planning, including direct responsibility for hosting events for loyalty program members.
- At least 3 years' experience developing and managing marketing campaigns, with a focus on email engagement and customer outreach.
- Strong project management skills, including experience in managing multiple projects and working cross-functionally to execute program benefits.
- Demonstrated technical proficiency in marketing platforms and tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
