Duties & Responsibilities
- Accurately perform inventory management tasks, including cycle counting, stock verification, and resolving inventory discrepancies to maintain optimal levels.
- Execute material handling processes such as receiving, storing, picking, and issuing materials to production lines, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities with carriers and internal departments to enable the smooth movement of goods.
- Conduct precise data entry into ERP systems, update inventory records, track shipments, and generate reports to support supply chain visibility.
- Oversee all aspects of shipping and receiving, including inspection of incoming materials, preparation of outgoing shipments, and verification of documentation accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain essential supply chain documents, such as packing lists, bills of lading, and material transfer records, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment, following all safety protocols and regulations.
- Process production orders and material requests efficiently to ensure materials are available when needed, supporting the fulfillment of production schedules.
- Collaborate with production, purchasing, and quality control teams to address material-related issues and optimize workflow processes.
- Identify and implement improvements in material flow and storage strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in warehouse and storage areas, ensuring a safe and orderly environment.

Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in material logistics, warehouse operations, inventory control, or manufacturing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) for data management and communication.
