Logistics Analyst - Summary- Support inventory management by analyzing data and managing administrative tasks related to asset tracking, lease agreements, and vendor contracts.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookup formulas, to perform data analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient supply chain processes and accurate data management.
- Contribute to the optimization of logistics operations through process improvements and effective communication.
- Manage and analyze inventory data to support supply chain decision-making.
- Perform administrative duties, including data entry and record-keeping related to logistics operations.
- Track and update asset information, lease agreements, and vendor contracts as required.
- Generate reports and provide insights on inventory trends using Excel tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as accounting, to ensure data accuracy and process alignment.

- At least 4 years of experience in an Analyst role within an office-based environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to navigate pivot tables and use lookup formulas.
- Experience in data entry and administrative duties related to logistics or warehousing.
- Background in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is required.
- College degree or progress towards a degree preferred; accounting background is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
