Working as a Litigation Paralegal, you will be instrumental in the preparation and organization of case materials, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring deadlines are met. You will also assist with budget tracking and the review of invoices from outside counsel, contributing to effective resource management within the legal department.

This position calls for a candidate who possesses both the technical knowledge and interpersonal skills to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management or e-discovery software is essential. You must be able to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and effectively prioritize tasks. A minimum of five years of experience in a similar litigation support role is required, along with a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; a Paralegal Certificate is preferred and will be considered an asset.
