Litigation Paralegal - Summary- Key support role within a personal injury litigation team
- Responsible for preparing mediation and trial materials
- Ensures the efficient management and progression of personal injury cases
- Contributes to a team-oriented legal environment focused on client success
- Prepare files for mediation, including creating medical billing spreadsheets and coordinating updated billing and records
- Act as a liaison among parties, courts, and neutrals for scheduling and information sharing
- Organize and manage legal documents, develop spreadsheets, and maintain retrieval systems
- Coordinate collection, review, and production of documents while responding to discovery requests
- Assist with trial preparation, including assembling exhibits, witness binders, and appendices for depositions and court filings
- Summarize deposition and trial transcripts and exhibits
- Schedule and manage depositions, mediations, and court deadlines, and maintain client communications
- Monitor compliance with court-imposed deadlines, including preparing and serving witness and expert witness lists, complaints, and proposals for settlement

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal
- At least 3 years of personal injury litigation experience
- Proficiency in trial preparation, execution, and post-trial work
- Expertise in e-filing and familiarity with state and federal court filing systems
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook
- Highly organized and detail-oriented professional
