Linen Distribution Technician - Summary- Responsible for stocking, delivering, and managing linen carts throughout hospital departments
- Ensures a clean, organized, and fully supplied linen environment
- Maintains professionalism and follows company policies at all times
- Supports the functionality and hygiene standards of the healthcare facility
- Build and organize linen carts to meet established par levels
- Deliver clean linen to various departments in the hospital
- Pick up soiled linen carts from all floors, especially during the second shift
- Receive and fill linen orders requested by hospital staff
- Maintain cleanliness in the linen room, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing
- Open new linen for processing and align or stage carts as necessary
- Adhere to all safety and universal precaution protocols
- Report any issues related to customer service and satisfaction
- Follow all Crothall Laundry Services and hospital policies and procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
