Linen Distribution Technician - Summary
- Responsible for the distribution and collection of hospital linens

Duties & Responsibilities
- Build and organize linen carts to meet established par levels for each department
- Deliver clean linens to various hospital departments in a timely and efficient manner
- Collect soiled linen carts from all designated areas, especially during second shifts
- Take and accurately fill orders from hospital staff as required
- Maintain cleanliness of the linen storage room, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing supplies
- Open and prepare new linens for processing and distribution
- Align and stage linen carts as needed for efficient workflow
- Follow all safety protocols, universal precautions, and company procedures at all times
- Report any customer service or operational issues to management promptly
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with staff and team members
- Comply with attendance policies, including timely clock-in and clock-out, and reporting absences to management
- Keep all company equipment clean and in good working order
- Perform other related duties as assigned
