Linen Distribution Technician - Summary
- Responsible for the timely and accurate distribution of clean linens throughout the hospital.
- Ensures linen carts are stocked to meet departmental par levels and standards.
- Maintains the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the linen storage areas.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Build and organize linen carts according to set par levels and standards.
- Deliver clean linens to designated hospital departments and units.
- Pick up soiled linen carts from all floors, as required by shift assignment.
- Take and accurately fill linen orders from hospital staff.
- Maintain cleanliness of the linen room, including sweeping, mopping, and tidying as needed.
- Open new linen packages and prepare them for distribution.
- Align and stage carts for efficient workflow and delivery.
- Complete and maintain accurate inventory records of linens and terry cloth items.
- Follow infection control and safety protocols to ensure a sterile environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support hospital operations.

Qualifications & Requirements
