Linen Delivery Driver - Summary- Responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of linens to customer locations using a 26-foot box truck.
- Supports sorting of linen and completion of preventative maintenance tasks on laundry equipment.
- Upholds all company policies and DOT requirements, including daily documentation and safe driving practices.
- Load and unload linen carts at both company and customer locations, ensuring accurate tagging.
- Complete all required paperwork, logs, and turn them in daily.
- Weigh soil linen under the correct customer account and deliver all soil to the designated soil room.
- Disinfect vehicles after each soil pick up.
- Maintain company vehicle in a clean and orderly condition.
- Adhere to company uniform standards and maintain a professional appearance.
- Submit a Pre-Trip Vehicle Inspection Report daily.
- Deliver customer orders accurately and within specified timeframes.
- Report any mechanical or equipment issues promptly to the appropriate supervisor.
- Follow all safety procedures and universal precautions.
