Duties & Responsibilities- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate life insurance solutions through virtual consultations and phone calls
- Educate clients on available life insurance coverage options and policy benefits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing service
- Follow up on leads and maintain an active, organized sales pipeline
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity tracking
- Collaborate with team members and utilize established systems for client management
- Demonstrate a consultative sales approach and provide exceptional customer service from initial inquiry through policy issuance
