The Life Insurance Agent (Licensed) role is designed for candidates who already possess an active Life and Health Insurance license, and who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and tailored insurance solutions. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, developing new business opportunities, and providing ongoing support throughout the customer lifecycle. Life Insurance Agent (Licensed) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business leads through proactive outreach and scheduled appointments
- Assess individual client needs and recommend appropriate life and health insurance products
- Establish and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients to encourage retention and referral business
- Provide prompt, accurate, and personable customer service, addressing inquiries related to coverage options, eligibility, policy changes, claims, and billing matters
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and address additional needs
- Contribute to agency growth by meeting or exceeding defined sales goals and performance metrics
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry products, regulations, and best practices
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development as required

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Life and Health Insurance license is required
- Prior experience in insurance sales or related sales roles is preferred
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets is highly desirable
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team
