Life Insurance Agent - Summary- Full-time opportunity with Aaron Franco - State Farm Agency

- Advise clients on available life insurance and financial products to meet their needs and objectives
- Conduct periodic account reviews to communicate status, explain activities, and introduce new offerings
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of State Farm financial services and products
- Develop a pipeline of internal and external referral sources following agency policies and guidelines
- Plan and conduct life insurance seminars; initiate cross-marketing strategies to expand market reach
- Monitor accounts for accurate processing, identify discrepancies, and take corrective actions as needed
- Track and report on the performance of individual sales plans and strategies
- Participate in the development and implementation of new and enhanced processes for financial planning
