- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to determine appropriate life and health insurance solutions for clients
- Educate clients on policy features, benefits, and available coverage options
- Provide exceptional service, follow-up, and support to clients throughout the insurance process
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs
- Assist with policy reviews and retention initiatives to ensure continued protection for clients
- Collaborate with agency team members to achieve sales and service goals
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and compliance in all client interactions
- Compensation: $40,000 – $60,000 per year (based on experience and performance)
