Life and Health Insurance Agent (Licensed) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to assess their life, health, disability, and supplemental insurance needs
- Present and recommend tailored insurance solutions that match each client’s unique situation
- Educate clients on the value and options available for comprehensive insurance coverage
- Generate new business through lead follow-up, referral programs, and community outreach initiatives
- Support agency marketing efforts, including digital campaigns and participation in in-person events
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records using agency-approved systems
- Deliver exceptional client service, follow up post-sale, and foster long-term client relationships

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Life and Health insurance license (required)
- Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty insurance license within a specified time frame (if not already held)
- Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or sales is beneficial but not required
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate record-keeping
