The Licensing Specialist plays a critical role in facilitating compliance and supporting business operations within a retail organization. This position is designed for professionals skilled in managing regulatory licensing across multiple locations, ensuring that all required permits and licenses are obtained, tracked, and renewed to maintain seamless store operations. The Licensing Specialist works closely with both internal teams and third-party licensing administrators, acting as a liaison to expedite the processing of necessary documents and to uphold regulatory standards. As a Licensing Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, verifying, and managing critical licensing data, including the accuracy and receipt of licenses, violations, inspection notices, and confidential documents.
