Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated 1:1 nursing care to a medically fragile student during school hours and transportation
- Administer first aid and emergency care to students and staff as needed
- Train school personnel in First Aid, CPR, and AED use
- Dispense and document medication administration in compliance with school policies
- Manage and maintain accurate health records, both electronic and paper-based
- Refer students in need of further medical evaluation or care to appropriate resources
- Implement Department of Health policies and protocols throughout the school setting
- Collaborate effectively with students, staff, families, and external healthcare professionals
- Ensure strict confidentiality of all health-related information

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active or eligible Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania
- Current certifications in First Aid and CPR
