The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – School Nurse position requires working Monday through Friday, with an estimated 37.5 hours per week, following the school district’s calendar. You will accompany the assigned student on the school bus daily, from Monroe Township (Dallas) to Kingston and back, and transportation time is included in your paid hours. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – School Nurse Summary- Full-time nursing position in a school setting
- Provides 1:1 care for a medically fragile student
- Includes paid transportation time on the school bus

- Deliver one-on-one nursing services to a student with multiple disabilities during the school day
- Provide first aid treatment to students and staff as needed
- Train school personnel in First Aid, CPR, and use of AED devices
- Administer and dispense prescribed medications to students

- Refer students in need of medical care to appropriate resources
- Implement Department of Health (DoH) protocols and school health policies
- Ensure confidentiality of all student health information
