Duties & Responsibilities- Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to healthcare provider instructions.
- Monitor patient conditions, document observations, and promptly report changes to supervising RNs or physicians.
- Deliver direct care, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, RNs, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and other team members to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain thorough and accurate patient records in compliance with all facility and state policies.
- Adhere to established infection control, safety, and confidentiality standards at all times.
- Offer emotional support and appropriate education to patients and their families to promote understanding and comfort.
- Participate in ongoing training and continuing education to stay current with nursing best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for patients and staff.
