Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for delivering direct patient care, administering medications, and providing treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. Duties & Responsibilities

- Maintain thorough and accurate patient records in compliance with all facility and state policies.
- Adhere to established infection control, safety, and confidentiality standards at all times.
- Offer emotional support and appropriate education to patients and their families to promote understanding and comfort.
- Participate in ongoing training and continuing education to stay current with nursing best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of Oregon (required).
- Current CPR/BLS certification, or willingness to obtain prior to employment.
