Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Summary- Provide skilled nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in accordance with facility protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by healthcare providers
- Monitor, record, and promptly report changes in patient conditions
