Licensed Insurance Sales Representative - Summary
The Licensed Insurance Sales Representative role is responsible for developing new business, maintaining client relationships, and delivering top-tier customer service. The position requires a current Property and Casualty insurance license and a strong ability to communicate in both English and Spanish. This in-office, full-time role is best suited for individuals who are proactive, client-oriented, and seek a rewarding career in the insurance sector. Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage leads to grow the agency’s client base in both English and Spanish-speaking communities.
- Schedule client appointments and identify customer insurance needs to recommend appropriate products and services.
- Establish and maintain customer relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service, including responding to inquiries about insurance products, policy changes, eligibility, claims, transfers, and billing.
- Support agency sales goals by meeting or exceeding established targets and quotas.
- Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of insurance offerings and comply with all licensing and training requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required).
- Active Property and Casualty insurance license (required).
- Life and Health insurance license, or willingness and ability to obtain one.
- Previous experience in insurance sales, inside or outside sales, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-centered approach.
- Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and effectively relate to customers.
