Licensed Insurance Sales Representative – Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective and existing clients to identify insurance needs and recommend appropriate State Farm products, including Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) policies.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring outstanding service and satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and quotas as established by the agency principal.
- Effectively communicate policy details, benefits, and coverage options to clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Utilize agency technology platforms for lead management, quoting, and client follow-up.
- Handle sensitive client information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality, adhering to regulatory and agency standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to remain current on product offerings and compliance requirements.
- Support agency operations as needed during in-office days, collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required.
- Life & Health insurance license preferred, or willingness to obtain.
- Prior experience within a State Farm agency is required.

- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
