Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain leads through proactive outreach and strategic marketing efforts.
- Schedule and conduct appointments to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Build and nurture customer relationships, providing prompt and friendly service at every interaction.
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance policies, eligibility, coverage details, policy changes, claims, and billing matters.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention, addressing any questions or concerns as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency sales goals and support office initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license are preferred.
- Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field such as retail sales or telemarketing is advantageous.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
