Licensed Insurance Sales Representative - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and pursue new business leads through various sales strategies
- Schedule appointments and conduct needs-based assessments to identify and recommend appropriate insurance products and services
- Establish, cultivate, and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding policy availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing
- Deliver friendly, knowledgeable customer service to ensure a positive client experience
- Contribute to agency sales targets by meeting or exceeding performance goals and quotas

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty insurance license required
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory
- Must be able to obtain Life and Health insurance license
- Must be able to obtain Series 6 Securities Sales license
- Prior insurance sales experience preferred; Property & Casualty and Life/Health licenses highly desirable
- Demonstrated success meeting sales goals or quotas
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
