As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining client relationships, educating customers on insurance options, and supporting policyholders through every step of their insurance journey. This position is with an independent State Farm agent and provides a collaborative environment where your contributions are recognized and valued.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture strong customer relationships by providing prompt, accurate, and friendly service.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, policy coverage, changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing details.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about a variety of insurance products and services.
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to customer service excellence in all interactions.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic with a focus on achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent, keeping accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Stay informed on product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and participate in continuing education as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and supportive work environment.
- Efficiently manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Florida 220 Agent License or 440 Customer Representative License (required).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
