Licensed Insurance Sales Representative - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service, including responding to inquiries on insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing clarification
- Educate clients about insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based review process
- Support agency growth by participating in value-based conversations that foster trust and client satisfaction
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic with dedication to daily success and agency objectives
- Deliver timely and thorough activity reports to agency management

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
- Life and Health insurance license preferred but not required
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills

- Proactive problem-solving abilities
