Licensed Insurance Sales Producer - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Proactively sell and service a range of insurance products including Auto, Home, Life, and Property & Casualty.
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls with existing and prospective customers to assess needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Cross-sell and round out accounts by identifying additional coverage opportunities within the existing book of business.
- Maintain and update accurate records in State Farm agency systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Deliver top-tier customer service, addressing client questions, resolving concerns, and providing ongoing support throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Meet or exceed established sales targets and performance metrics as set by the agency.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Prior experience working with State Farm insurance products and processes is required.
- Active Florida Property & Casualty license is mandatory for consideration.
