Licensed Insurance Sales Agent (P&C, L&H) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify prospects, develop leads, and schedule appointments to discuss insurance needs
- Provide tailored recommendations and market insurance products and services that suit individual customer requirements
- Establish, nurture, and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring follow-up and ongoing support
- Offer prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about policy availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing inquiries
- Document all client interactions and update records as necessary to ensure service continuity and compliance
- Meet or exceed established sales goals and performance quotas
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development provided by the agency
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive base salary with opportunities for monthly bonuses based on performance
- Paid Time Off: 1 week after 90 days, up to 3 weeks within the first 5 years
- Increase in pay after 6 months for a health care allowance

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
- Life & Health insurance license preferred
- Previous insurance sales experience preferred
- Background in sales (inside/outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) is an asset
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals is advantageous
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Strong relationship-building skills and customer-focused mindset
