Licensed Insurance Sales Agent (P&C) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage insurance leads by scheduling appointments, assessing client needs, and recommending appropriate insurance products and services
- Establish and maintain ongoing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by addressing inquiries regarding insurance options, policy changes, eligibility, claims, and billing issues
- Follow up with clients as necessary to address their evolving insurance needs and provide continued support
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and policy changes to ensure compliance and quality service
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and drive business growth

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty (P&C) license required
- Willingness to obtain P&C licenses in multiple states, with agency support for licensing process
- Life & Health insurance license preferred but not mandatory
- Prior insurance sales experience preferred; experience in outside/inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is a plus
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas is an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to listen actively to client needs
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational abilities
- Ability to establish rapport and relate effectively to customers
- Bilingual abilities are advantageous but not required
