- Proven track record of meeting sales goals or quotas is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated individual with strong multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate effectively to customers.
- Bilingual abilities are preferred but not required.
- Holds an active P&C insurance license and is eager to obtain any necessary additional state licenses.
