Licensed Insurance Sales Agent (P&C) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Engage with leads and acquire new insurance accounts
- Manage a pipeline of provided sales opportunities and self-generated leads
- Implement and execute innovative sales strategies
- Demonstrate proficiency with carrier products, appetite, and underwriting guidelines
- Utilize agency systems and technology efficiently
- Intake applications, generate quotes, present proposals, and close business
- Issue new client accounts and transition files to the onboarding team
- Provide backup support for new client onboarding and assist with training new consultants
- Add new lines of business to existing client accounts
- Support the client experience team with renewals and policy rewrites
- Deliver high-quality customer service—no call center environment

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty Producer License
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in personal lines insurance markets
