Licensed Insurance Sales Agent (P&C) - Summary- Full-time, remote opportunity for experienced, licensed insurance professionals
- Focus on expanding agency growth and delivering exceptional client service

- Engage with leads and acquire new accounts through effective sales strategies
- Manage a pipeline of provided sales opportunities and self-generated leads
- Intake applications, produce quotes, present proposals, and close business
- Issue new client accounts and ensure smooth transition to onboarding team
- Support Tier 2 and Tier 3 service work, including adding new lines of business and handling renewals
- Provide backup support for new client onboarding and assist with training new sales consultants
- Maintain proficiency in carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and agency technology
- Collaborate with the Client Experience Team to ensure high-quality client service
- Base salary with opportunities for routine performance-based increases
